Outdoor Industrial Field Panel:
- They will be manufactured from stainless steel compatible with IP66 protection class and suitable for outdoor use.
- The field cabinet where electronic equipment such as video encoders, network switches, UPS, and internal lightning protection will be mounted, will be designed to reduce the outdoor temperature and will have a double-walled structure with ventilation system suitable for outdoor environments.
- Inside the field cabinet, there will be 1 unit of 10Ah automatic fuse, a 3-way grounded socket connected to it, and an internal lightning arrester and voltage stabilizer for the network.
- The value between earth and neutral in grounding process should be ensured to be below the limit of +1.5V and comply with TSE or equivalent quality standards.
- The field cabinet will be manufactured from galvanized steel compatible with TS-914 standard, and the outer walls except for the base will have a minimum thickness of 3mm, and the inner walls will have a minimum thickness of 2mm. The base will have a minimum thickness of 4mm.
- The product dimensions must be at least 80 cm (W) x 55 cm (D) x 100 cm (H).
- The outer surface must be resistant to at least +80°C temperature.
- The inner and outer surfaces must be painted with RAL 7035 polyester electrostatic powder coating.
- According to the specifications, the inside of the field cabinet must be covered with a 10 mm thick aluminum-faced polyethylene sheet to provide thermal insulation.
- The internal volumes of the boxes to be used must be installed with a maximum occupancy of 80%.
- The enclosure should be single-door, locked, and fully protected against unauthorized access.
- Translated: One of the products that will give an alarm in the center (switch, roller, magnetic contact, etc.) should be available when the cover is opened.
- The field cabinet will have protected natural ventilation outlets on the base and the upper side. In positioning the ventilation outlets, necessary precautions against pressurized water and sabotage will be taken. Fiber optic and power termination units, as well as other relevant active devices, will be located inside the field cabinet. Two independent thermostat-controlled industrial type ventilation fans will be present inside the field cabinet. The fuses and thermostats of the fans will be independent of each other. The fans will automatically start running when the internal temperature of the cabinet exceeds 30°C (±2), and they will stop when the operating temperature falls below 25°C (±2). If one of the ventilation fans malfunctions, the other will continue to operate normally.
- The exterior of the fans will be protected by grilles. The fans will be in the form of a circular structure with a minimum diameter of 15 cm or a cylindrical structure with a minimum blowing mouth of 20 cm. Industrial type fans suitable for continuous operation will be used.
- There will be an industrial type, thermostat-controlled heater with a power of 150 (±50) watts inside the field cabinet. It will automatically turn on when the internal temperature drops to 5°C (±2) and turn off when the temperature rises 10°C (±2) above the set temperature. It will be mounted in a protected manner on the bottom of the cabinet to prevent damage to devices and cables.
- The ventilation holes used for lower and upper ventilation in the field cabinet shall be protected against snow, rain, and pressurized water from any direction. The ventilation holes shall be designed in a protected structure that cannot be directly visible and shall be camouflaged. The ventilation holes shall be protected against insects and sabotage.
- There should be an adjustable thermostat-controlled dual fan inside to provide air circulation.
- The mounting method of the field cabinet to the pole will be done according to the suitable view of the administration, taking the example of CCTV field cabinets.
- The structure of the field cabinet has been defined. However, in order to prevent any possible manufacturing errors, a sample cabinet will be produced and submitted for approval by the administration. After the approval of the administration, the manufacturing of the other cabinets will be carried out and used.
